These Terms & Conditions govern your use of j111 and all services provided through j111.asia. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.

Access to j111 services is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. j111 reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an account found to be underage shall be void and forfeited.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using j111 is lawful in your jurisdiction under all applicable laws. j111 does not warrant that its services are lawful in any particular location. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before accessing j111 services. j111 shall bear no liability for any breach of local law by a player accessing its services from a restricted jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. You must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on j111. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. j111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate accounts, including any pending or approved withdrawal amounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your j111 account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. j111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login information. You must notify j111 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
All j111 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via foreign currency payment methods will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. j111 does not guarantee a specific conversion rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
j111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and j111 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. j111 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion. Deposits below the stated minimum will be declined and returned to the originating payment method.
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for deposits where technically possible. j111 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed to a bank account registered in the player's legal name where alternative methods are unavailable. KYC verification must be completed prior to the processing of any withdrawal. j111 targets processing of verified JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 60 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–2 business days. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees.
j111 reserves the right to void transactions and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that deposits or wagering activity involves fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments. In such cases, j111 will cooperate with relevant financial institutions and law enforcement authorities.
j111 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and time limits published with each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. j111 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude accounts from promotional offers where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
Coordinated bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, the use of third-party services to systematically reduce wagering risk on bonus funds, or any conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. j111 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts without notice in such circumstances.
All bets and wagers placed on j111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. Game rules are available within each game interface. For sports betting, including PSL cricket markets, j111 publishes sport-specific betting rules that govern settlement, void bets, postponed events, and in-play market suspension. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.
j111 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds or payouts, where markets were offered in error, or where the integrity of an event is subject to regulatory review. Decisions on void bets are final subject to j111's internal dispute resolution process.
j111 is required under its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Pakistani players will be required to provide a copy of their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, may be requested where j111 deems it necessary to fulfil its compliance obligations.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights. j111 is not liable for any delay in payment where that delay arises from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation provided by the player. All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with j111's Privacy Policy.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and extend for the period requested by the player. j111 reserves the right to refuse re-registration to a player who has previously self-excluded until any mandatory exclusion period has elapsed.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
j111 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct without prior notice.
All content on j111.asia — including software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and text — is the property of j111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use j111 services for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without j111's express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of j111 services, including losses arising from system downtime, network interruption, data loss, or failure of third-party payment providers.
j111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits j111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
j111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on j111.asia. Continued use of j111 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
j111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or where required to do so by its licensing obligations or applicable law. Upon termination, any real money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of j111's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through j111's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in j111's applicable gaming licence.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, players may refer the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body under j111's licensing framework.
